Location is a major plus. Just a 10-minute walk to Disneyland. The lobby looks great and has nice decor. The air conditioning in our room was noisy and didn't cool well. We enjoyed the table tennis, but seating in common areas could use more comfort.

I loved how walkable it was to Disney, making our trip easy and fun! The room had all the comforts we needed, plus a fridge and microwave for snacking. The heated pool was a blast after a long day at the park!
Would be happy to recommend! 😊❤️

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Disneyland. The pool area was nice, but the shower pressure was weak. Enjoyed the table tennis courts. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel Lulu offers excellent proximity to Disney, making it convenient for park visits. The nearby bus depot and local dining options enhance the experience, while the complimentary coffee in the lobby adds a nice touch. some aspects of cleanliness could use improvement.

The beds were super comfortable and the location was great.
My sheets made me really itchy and there were bugs in the room. The shower had low pressure and the bathroom was messy.

The beds and pillows were heavenly. I had the best sleep and oh boy, it was delightful. The location was top-notch for quick Disney jaunts.
I just loved being puzzled at the bathroom card puzzle and the challenging Wi-Fi hunt in my room. What a thrilling stay!

This hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Disney parks, and I loved how easy it was to stroll through the area with restaurants, shops, and even a cinema nearby, making it super convenient for evening outings or grabbing a quick bite after a day of exploring; the front desk staff were great and really helpful, and the rooms had microwaves and kettles, which is a big plus as not many places provide that in the US, but it could use some updates to the bathrooms to match the nice and clean lobby.

You can stroll to Disney in minutes. The staff is super friendly and the lobby looks brand new with a fresh vibe.
The pool was not available for use during our stay.

The bed was heavenly after a long day at Disneyland, and being just a short walk away was a major plus. Our room was cute and clean but showed signs of wear; the shower pressure was disappointingly low, and the toilet was oddly situated. Check-in had its hiccups, with key card issues and a less-than-friendly first impression. Still, the welcoming drink was a nice touch, and the warm pool at night was inviting.

Great location and friendly staff, but room cleanliness could have been better.

The snorkeling experience was fun for the kids, they loved swimming with the fish. There were family-friendly activities and the staff was always around to help.
It wasn’t cheap but the memories made were worth it.

Location is prime—just two blocks from Disneyland. Rooms are clean, with a microwave and fridge. the beds are too springy, leaving body indentations. Smell evokes a gym locker. No coffee maker or hot tub. Parking is an added fee, with no shuttle service. Some staff lack warmth; one even blocked help for ice. Internet is fast, a plus. Breakfast is extra, and the food misses the mark. Decor feels updated, but room layouts challenge natural light. Alerts for security issues linger from nearby homeless activity. A mixed bag—high expectations fell short. Perfect for those seeking basic accommodations near Disney, not luxury.

The room was spacious with true queen beds, providing ample comfort. the bedding showed wear; my pillowcase had a hole, and the overall cleanliness could use a deep clean. The temperature control was frustrating, with only a wall unit that froze my husband overnight. The bathroom had poor lighting and hair in the bathtub, which was disappointing. the pool area included a lift for easy access, and the staff was friendly, especially Aiden at the front desk. There were several dining options nearby, making this location quite convenient.

I really struggled with the noise from the adjoining room. It felt like the walls were made of paper, and I was constantly jolted awake by loud conversations and kids crying.

Oh, we stayed at the Lulu recently for our Disneyland trip. We were able to stay comfortable and crease-free throughout our stay. one thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of heating in the room. We found it a bit chilly during the evenings and wished we had that extra coziness. On the bright side, we really enjoyed the free toiletries provided. It's always a nice touch to have those little extras available. And the electric kettle in the room was a lifesaver for our morning tea and coffee fix. The flat-screen TV was great for winding down after a long day at Disneyland. But the carpeted floor was a bit of a downside, as it looked a bit worn out in some areas. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site shops and laundry services. Made it easy for us to grab anything we needed and take care of our laundry during our stay. Oh, and the welcome drink was a nice little gesture from the staff. It made us feel instantly welcomed and valued as guests. In terms of improvement, it would be great if they had more garden furniture available to relax outdoors. And it would have been better if the hotel offered tours/ticket assistance to make our trip planning smoother. our stay at the Lulu had its ups and downs, but we made the most of it and enjoyed our time there. Just a few tweaks here and there could make it an even more fantastic experience.

The hotel was super close, just a hop and a skip away. We could see the fireworks from our room, epic! The staff was hella cool and the pool bar was awesome.
More late-night hangout spots near the hotel would've been rad for party-driven teens like us.

Convenient for family adventures. Plenty of outdoor activities like hiking trails nearby.
My children wanted a larger swimming pool.

The hotel was super close to Disneyland, and we loved how comfy the beds were. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, being near great food options was a big bonus for us.
The toilet in our room was acting up, and we couldn't see the fireworks as promised. It was a bummer not having a jacuzzi for the price we paid.

Great location within walking distance to the theme parks, with convenient amenities nearby such as Starbucks and Cheesecake Factory. Comfortable beds and good service, perfect for families with children.
Felt like a VIP, nothing too much trouble.

The location was perfect for walking to a famous theme park nearby and for finding pharmacies and restaurants around. The comfy beds and clean rooms made for a great stay. I appreciated the refresher drink at check-in and the free parking during my visit.
The lack of hot water for showers was disappointing and inconvenient, especially after a long day out. the high cost compared to similar accommodations in the area felt unreasonable.

As foreign tourists visiting Disneyland, our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The close proximity to the park made it easy for us to walk there in just 10 minutes. The staff at Lulu was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed. The spacious rooms had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and kettle, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. The free welcome cocktail was a refreshing treat.

The location was ideal, within an easy 15-minute walk to Disneyland and close to restaurants and a grocery store. The room included a fridge, microwave, and capsule coffee maker. The Premier Collection amenities were a nice touch, and the staff at the front desk and restaurant/bar were amazing. I'd recommend this hotel.

we found our sheets dirty and with a nasty smell. it was really disappointing and unacceptable. manager did give us a credit in regards to this matter but still they need to do better in their housekeeping! premier collection comes from 4 feet to 8 feet. spacious room. it's less than 7 minutes by walk from the convention center. for less than 90$ a night, this was great value for business travel.
Nothing, all great 😊
